Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price, by mail or in person, in any of our Dynamite retail store locations.
What can’t be returned:
Items described as “Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.
If you cannot be reached with your provided contact information within 30 days from when you initially received the item in question to purchase a ship charge to ship the un-returnable item back to you, the item will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.
What can I return or exchange?
We’re sorry things didn’t work out! We will gladly refund or exchange all unwashed and unworn ticketed merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of your order date when accompanied by the original packing slip invoice for the price paid.

Returning or exchanging at a SHREE SHIVAM store:
Please bring your original packing slip invoice and the item(s) you wish to return to your nearest SHREE SHIVAM store.
Please note: Our stores cannot credit your PayPal or Virtual Debit account.

Returning by mail:
Indicate the reason code and the quantity for each item you wish to return.
Peel off the return label on the other side of the packing slip and stick it to your return package.
Enclose the packing slip invoice in your return package.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible.
We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Drop your package in the mail. Postage required. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
All shipping costs, including those incurred for returns are non-refundable. Upon receipt, allow approximately 10 business days to process your credit. Please allow a few days for your bank to process it.
Ship the return package to: SHREE SHIVAM store location ( choose your nearest SHREE SHIVAM store location Bliaspur, Bhopal, Durg, Jabalpur, Nagpur, Raipur).
Shipping & handling charges will not be refunded.
