We would like you to have complete peace of mind while buying products from  We take stringent measures to ensure that the items deliver to you are in perfect condition.. However, there is remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is deliver to you.  we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of item is made by you within 24 hrs  from the receipt of the package and is returned back to us in 72 hrs from the receipt time.

We are always looking forward to give you the best of products at the best of prices and hope that we continue our relations till time abides with your love for things Indian! However if need to return  the product then  following terms apply.

  • In case of damaged product or wrong delivery Please return the item within 72Hrs of receiving the product.
  • If any kind of alteration/changes are done then no return.
  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Money will return back only for Damaged and Wrong delivery products, not for color or size. For color and size, product can be exchanged.
  • We will deduct transportation  or any expenses incurred during the process.
  • Return Shipping cost would be deducted from refund.
  • No return for discounted products.
  • High price products are not in stock, will make on orders.
  • Custom orders or on request orders  will take 5 to 60 days time for delivery, and such products will not return or exchanged.
  • Please send back product only after consulting us.
  •  It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
  •  Report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.

  • As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we will not able to help you. So make sure to send through reliable courier agency only, and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us.
  • Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
  • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
  • For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
